2015-2016 Fall-Spring Disbursement Dates

These dates will reflect the Disclosure Statement sent to each student requesting loans from Federal Direct Student Loans. The first refund date for each  session is posted under Financial Services-Student Accounts – Student refunds.  The posted dates below could change. Disbursement is the first possible date that a student’s loan funds can be received on campus and applied to the student’s account per loan guidelines.

Fall and Spring Loans

Loan Period – 08/24/2015 – 05/06/16
Disbursement Dates:

    1st – 09/08/15: 1st scheduled refund check 09/11/2015 to 09/16/2015 Fall semester
    2nd – 01/26/16: 1st scheduled refund check 01/29/2016 to  02/03/2016 Spring semester

Beginning Freshman

    1st – 09/22/15
    2nd – 01/26/16

Fall-Only Loans

Loan Period – 08/24/15 – 12/11/15
Disbursement Dates

    1st –  09/08/15: 1st scheduled refund check 09/11/2015 to 09/16/2015
    2nd – 10/20/15

Beginning Freshman

    1st – 09/29/15
    2nd – 10/20/15

Spring-Only Loans

 Loan Period  01/11/16 – 05/06/16
Disbursement Dates

    1st – 01/26/16: 1st scheduled refund check 01/29/16 to 02/03/16
    2nd – 03/08/16

Beginning Freshman

    1st – 02/09/16
    2nd – 03/08/16

After 1st refund date for loans each semester, loan refunds will be issued once a week with email notification going out to the student when disbursements are processed on the students accounts.Since refund dates are determined by award dates and several other factors, actual individual refund dates will vary.  If you have refund questions after your loans post to your account, please contact Student Accounts at (870) 235-5045  located in Overstreet Hall, room #113.
